Abstract: The challenges and opportunities of working in the hybrid workplace will likely carry us late into 2022. However, many organizations are starting to realize that there are benefits to the hybrid workplace that they can leverage as they move forward. It looks like a combination of working at home and working at the office is here to stay.

Join Cynthia Clay as she explores the challenges and opportunities of working and training in a hybrid environment. She will review the results of new research on the hybrid workplace and consider hybrid models that support successful outcomes for working and training. By the end of this one-hour webinar, you can expect to:

  • Recognize why the hybrid workplace may be here to stay
  • Identify the critical skills needed by virtual (hybrid) leaders
  • Capitalize on the benefits of hybrid meeting, training, and collaboration tools

So come join Cynthia Clay and Project Managers, Talent Development Managers and Directors, Human Resource Managers and Directors, and anyone responsible for skill development of virtual teams in the hybrid workplace.

Cynthia Clay is a business leader, strategic thinker, speaker and writer. She is also a passionate advocate for leaders and facilitators achieving their potential in the virtual workplace. She began her consulting practice in 1992 after a career in Human Resources in the banking and healthcare industries.

From those early days as an organization and management development consultant to the present, Cynthia remains passionate about developing strategies and practices that leverage technology, and support engagement and retention in virtual training and the virtual workplace.

As the CEO/Founder of NetSpeed Learning, Cynthia has strived to make learning experiences practical and hands-on. She doesn’t linger in the theoretical, but moves to the behavioral. In the end, it’s not what you know; it’s what you do with knowledge that makes a difference.
