Guest Speaker

Jagdish Kaushik is a senior technology and product management professional with over 20+ years of global experience across semiconductor hardware systems, project management, product management, systems engineering, and customer applications. He brings deep expertise across the end‑to‑end hardware product lifecycle, including system integration, silicon pre‑ and post‑validation, automation test bring‑up, firmware development, and product qualification for gateway and Ethernet products.
He offers a practical, PMI‑aligned perspective on product value delivery, execution excellence, and quality, supported by a strong foundation in product design, structured delivery, and continuous improvement. He is well‑versed in HP ALM Quality Center and holds certifications including Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
An active PMI volunteer and member of the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter, Jagdish is strongly committed to continuous learning and professional growth. He regularly contributes to technical white papers and industry standards discussions and is passionate about mentoring teams on customer‑centric discovery and effective execution models.
